| Notariat Ich berate und beurkunde in allen notariellen Angelegen-heiten. Die Schwerpunkte meiner notariellen Tätigkeit liegen jedoch in den Bereichen des Immobilienrechts und des Gesellschaftsrechts. Zu meinen Auftraggebern gehören Bauträger, deutsche und internationale Unternehmen, Kommunen und unternehmerisch tätige Einzelpersonen. Ich habe kurze Reaktionszeiten für Beurkundungen und sorge auch bei umfangreichen Transaktionen für eine zügige grundbuchliche und registerrechtliche Abwicklung. Ich protokolliere und vollziehe Grundstücks- und Wohnungs-kaufverträge, Bauträgerverträge, Grundpfandrechte, Dienstbarkeiten und Teilungserklärungen bezogen auf Einzelobjekte bis hin zu umfangreichen Portfolio-transaktionen und -finanzierungen. Ich entwerfe Gesellschafts- und Unternehmensverträge in der Gründungs- und Änderungsphase, Kapitalmaßnahmen und Maßnahmen nach dem Umwandlungsgesetz. Ich protokolliere Hauptversammlungen und Gesellschafter-beschlüsse, bereite Börseneinführungen und Stiftungsgründungen vor. Im Erb-, Schenkungs- und Unternehmensnachfolgerecht stehe ich zur Beurkundung u.a. von letztwilligen Verfügungen, Erbverträgen, Unternehmens-nachfolgeverträgen und Vereinbarungen über Nachlass-auseinandersetzungen zur Verfügung. | Notary office I advise and notarise in all notarial matters. The focus of my notarial practice is, however, in real estate and corporate law. My clients include property developers, German and international firms, local authorities and individuals engaged in business. I am able to perform notarisations promptly i.e. my response time is short. I also ensure that registrations in the land and commercial registers are carried out swiftly even with respect to extensive and legally complex transactions. I notarise and implement agreements for the sale and purchase of real estate and appartments, property development agreements, land charges, easements and bye-laws from individual properties to comprehensive portfolio transactions and financings. I draft corporate and entrepreneurial agreements, including formations, capital measures and measures persuant to the German Transformation Act. I also notarise annual general meetings, shareholder resolutions and prepare the docu-mentation for public listings and the formation of trusts and foundations. With respect to inheritances, gifts and corporate legal successions, I notarise, inter alia, wills, contracts of inheritance, corporate legal succession agreements and settlements of inheritance disputes. |
